DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT DEHRADUN
The tour commences with pick up from Dehradun airport or Railway station one day prior to
the Chardham Yatra departure, followed by drop to the hotel. The overnight stay at Dehradun
with dinner awaits you.
DAY 02: DEHRADUN – YAMUNOTRI
Welcome to our unique tour of Chardham Yatra by helicopter ride. We begin early morning at
6:00 A.M. from SAHASTRADHARA HELIPAD & reach KHARSALI. Our ground staff will welcome
you at the helipad and you shall be taken for Yamunotri darshan by palki covering a distance of
6 km in the lap of nature. The duration is 5 -6 hrs. After darshan you return back to Kharsali for
dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 03: YAMUNOTRI – GANGOTRI
Journey starts early morning at 6:30 A.M. by flight from Kharsali to Harsil for Gangotri Darshan.
You shall be driven from Harsil helipad to Gangotri temple by car. Gangotri is situated at a
distance of 25 kms from Harsil& the time taken is roughly 1 hr. Our ground staff will assist passengers throughout their stay at Harsil. We provide all the basic and leisure facilities for our
tourists.
DAY 04: GANGOTRI - KEDARNATH
Greet your day by arrival to Kedarnath (Sersi/Guptkashi) helipad from Harsil. Here we change
choppers and shall fly for Kedarnath helipad. Temple is approximately 500 meters away from
the helipad and will take approx. 15 minutes to reach. Upon completion of Darshan, we will
return to Guptkashi. Enjoy your stay at Sersi/Guptkashi, arranged by us.
DAY 5: KEDARNATH – BADRINATH
Welcome to the 5th day by arrival at Badrinath. From Guptkashi to Badrinath your check in is
arranged at the elite star Hotel Sarovar Portico, Badrinath. After Lunch, enjoy your sightseeing
to Mana village, the last border of India. Evening Darshan/Aarti at Badrinath temple will be
arranged. The group would then enjoy overnight stay and dinner at Hotel Sarovar Portico
Badrinath
DAY 6: BADRINATH –DEHRADUN
After breakfast we will check out and drive to the helipad at Badrinath. Our estimated time of
arrival at Sahastradhara would be around 10 PM. Once there we can drive to the hotel to
collect the baggage and then head to airport or railway station.
NOTE – The timing mentioned are approximate. The exact timings would be given by our staff
one day prior to the journey.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Children of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
All the hotels at Chardham are non-star categories except for Dehradun and Badrinath. We
provide best available accommodations at rest three Dhams. The food served is pure
vegetarian.
Hotel can be changed with similar available options if any given hotel is sold out.
The booking will be confirmed with 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be
deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of
15% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the
rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days of the journey, then booking will be treated as
cancelled and a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
From Guptkashi to Kedarnath, the passengers will be divided in different helicopters depending
on the weight and balance of helicopter. The passengers will be requested to maintain the
same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.
All flights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter.
Aviation reserves the right to change the itinerary subject to weather conditions or any
unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers
directly. Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by
the customer.
Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary (in the form of newly added
sightseeing destination) not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable
on actual basis.
All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity (in the form of weather,
government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc). These
expenses will be borne by the customer.
Any additional night due to bad weather, technical reasons etc other than the package
inclusions (5 nights) will have to be borne by the client.
Aviation reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick,
mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to
such passenger(s)
GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS:
In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments
would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed
measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any
Refunds.
This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure
timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the
mentioned scheduled ETD on each day of the tour.
Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be allowed considering the space available in helicopter.
Permission for extra luggage would not be granted.
Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
Passengers should carry only soft bags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
Carrying a Proper Photo ID card is mandatory for all Indian travelers. Adhar Card, Driving
License, Voter ID, are acceptable Photo ID cards for Indians. For foreign nationals, a passport is
required.
In case the weight of the passengers is found on a higher side than the prescribed limit then
extra charges would be applicable after an approval from our technical team.
All temples in Char Dham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry
woolen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit with them.
In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one
or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to
complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible then the liability of the company
will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors.
We recommend keeping at least one additional day at hand at Dehradun when planning your
trip.
The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests in case of overstaying at
any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons.
Single Supplement @ Rs. 50,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in
single occupancy in hotels at all destinations.
Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any
change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would
exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be DE boarded & cancelled for
the Heli-tour without any refund.
Guests weighing more than 75kgs shall be charged an overweight fee of Rs. 2000/ Kg for the
total weight above 75 Kg. However, it should not exceed the total carrying capacity of the
helicopter of 445kgs.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Following cancellation charges need to be paid in case of cancellations by the passengers:
Before 20 days of journey- 25 % of the amount
Upto 10 to15 days before journey- 50 % of the amount 10 days before journey- No Refund
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
If we are stuck in bad weather situation on any particular day, we will try to finish the darshan
the next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to weather conditions, we
will refund proportionate money.
