No refunds for no-show, last-minute cancellations, or unused portions of the tour.
Processing refunds may take 7–21 business days depending on partners and payment gateways.

Customers are responsible for providing correct personal details.
Passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required documents must be arranged by the traveler unless explicitly included in the package.
White Falcon Travels is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political events, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If changes are necessary, we will provide the best possible alternative without compromising safety.
6. Liability & Limitations
White Falcon Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, transport services, etc.).
We are not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third parties
Loss of baggage or personal belongings
Injuries, accidents, or health-related issues during the trip
Travelers are responsible for their personal safety and behavior during the tour.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, baggage loss, trip cancellation, and other unexpected events. Insurance is not included unless mentioned.
8. Conduct & Behavior
Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and rules provided by tour operators.
Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that risks group safety may result in removal from the tour without refund.
